Holly is currently a student at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, where she is completing her Bachelor of Music (Music Education). As a violinist, Holly has enjoyed performing with many orchestras throughout her education, including the Sydney Youth Orchestra, the NSW Arts Unit and Schools Spectacular Orchestra, and the Sydney Conservatorium’s Baroque Ensemble.
Holly enjoys working with children, teaching violin and coordinating school string ensembles, as well as working in a classroom context. She is passionate about developing a philosophy of music education in which the needs of the individual student are met efficiently and creatively. Having worked alongside the Cerebral Palsy Alliance, Holly also has a particular interest in music education in the disability sector. Under the inspiration of many great conductors and music teaches, Holly is eager to begin full-time teaching after her degree.
